ORDER SUPPORT

Where can I find my order confirmation?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (eBOOKS)

How do I receive my eBook?

  • eBooks are delivered digitally via email or download link
  • Access is typically granted immediately after successful payment

I can’t access my eBook. What should I do?

Please contact us at hello@callhercc.net with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Email used at checkout

We’ll assist you as quickly as possible.

Refunds on eBooks

Due to the nature of digital products, all eBook sales are final and non-refundable.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (HARDCOVER BOOKS)

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We currently ship hardcover books domestically and internationally.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Netherlands & EU: 2–3 business days
  • United States: 3–5 business days
  • International orders: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer

TRACKING

If tracking is available, it will be sent to you via email once your order ships.

RETURNS & DAMAGED ITEMS

Returns (Hardcover Books Only)

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your book arrives damaged or incorrect:

We will review your case and offer a suitable solution.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

CALLHERCC is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

While we work with reliable shipping partners, CALLHERCC is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

If you experience technical issues with:
